Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and he/she or they are taken as interchangeable and, therefore, as referring to the same.

Services & Service Terms

Mighty Ads FZCO offers a variety of marketing services, which can be ordered on our website. Specific details about our services will be provided during order or through other communications.

By using our services, you permit Mighty Ads FZCO to use your name, company logo, and any testimonials (publicly or privately shared) for purposes such as adding to our customer list and showcasing on our website and marketing materials. Mighty Ads FZCO's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client to Mighty Ads FZCO in the previous 12 months.

The Client agrees that for two (2) years following the end of the Term, neither the Client nor its affiliates, directors, managers, officers, representatives, or agents will:

(a) induce or attempt to induce any employee of Mighty Ads FZCO to leave their employment with Mighty Ads FZCO or to start part-time employment with Mighty Ads FZCO, or otherwise interfere with the relationship between Mighty Ads FZCO and any of its employees;

(b) hire any person employed or contracted by Mighty Ads FZCO.

Payment Processing Acknowledgement

We may use third-party payment processors to process payments to Mighty Ads FZCO. By submitting a payment, you authorise us to use these third-party processors. Please note that Mighty Ads FZCO is not responsible for the actions or inactions of these third-party payment processors.

Content Rights
